We’re in the process of documenting the history of the Warren Light Center.

We’ve been talking about it for a while and finally made the move to put up a web site

If you have any photos, film, recordings, programs, or pamphlets from WLC and would like to contribute, please leave a reply below and we’ll get back to you and figure out the best way to get the material uploaded to share it with everyone.

There may be some duplication in categories such as pamphlets, but contact us any way, you might be the first to speak up and we’d love to hear from you!

  1. Hi Jeff –
Is there still interest for photos and programs from past years of WLC We met Bill Dye around 1981 or so. He officiated at our wedding and we went there from then till Bill’s passing.

I have a ton of photos from years – Bill also gave me a set of programs – not quite a full run but there are a lot. Some I designed for a while others prior to that….. also have lots of photos from Solstice and grounds areas.
    Let me know.

    1. Terri,

It’s good to hear from you!

We would love to see the memories you have to share. We’re looking to fill out as much of the history of WLC as we can. Electronic scans are preferred, but Ron and I will work with anything you provide.

My e-mail address is Jeffrey.A.Limpert@gmail.com. If you have hard copies I’ll reply with addresses for Ron and myself.

As you explore the site you’ll see just about everything we have – with the exception of Melodie’s channeling that we’ve been too busy to convert. (We’ll get to it before we pass, Melodie)

And – Should you be interested, we could have a Google Hangout chat to talk online to discuss what you have.

Thank you so much for writing.

      – Jeff

  2. I have the brochure files for three years of solstice celebrations. I’m the one that designed them. I also designed the 2008 brochure, but you already have that one on the site. I also have some pics from the grounds. Some are night pics with some special orbs and others are scenery. I can send you the files for the website, if you’d like.

    1. Chantal,

      Thanks for contacting the site.

We’d be pleased to accept your files as a contribution to the history.

I’ll send an e-mail with two addresses you can use.

      – Jeff

  3. Angel,

You need permission to walk on the grounds from David Dye,
I will send another reply with his e mail addess.

  4. Hello, i was wondering if Ina still lived on the grounds? She and my mother were very good friends many years ago and She has allowed me to come walk the grounds before…..i have personal reasons why i want/need to be there and just walk. I never bother anything, just take pics and take in the healing atmosphere! My mother has dimentia pretty severe and does not have Ina’s number anymore so i’m basically asking for permission to come walk around….it has been long since i’ve been there and would need a little reminder of how to get there from Meadville- thank u for taking the time to read this and have a blessed day!

    1. Angel,

Sorry for the delay. I was hoping someone who was at the Warren Light Center after I left would have answered. Both Ina and John have passed on.

We’re a new site and in the initial phases of collecting information about the center and people who were there.

If you have a desire to write about your experiences or if you have documents, please post a reply here and I’ll send you an e-mail.

      Thanks,

      – Jeff

      1. Hello Jeff and thank u for responding to me….very sad to hear about Ina though…i have known her since i was a little girl and have been coming to the Warren Light Center since i was 10 years old! I haven’t been there in about 10 years because i had moved but would love to come back down and walk the grounds! Is that possible still? If so please let me know! Have a blessed day!

        1. Angel,

I don’t think it is. The land is no longer open to the members who belonged to the WLC.

If someone else reading this tread knows differently, please add a reply.

          Thanks,

          – Jeff

  7. As I said in my Roll Call post, we’ve got a couple of pamphlets. We may also have some pictures from the time we were renters that we’ll unearth after we finish our move in the next few weeks.

I did stop by in April of 2009 and took a few snapshots which I’ve uploaded to this site. You can see what’s been uploaded by clicking on “Photos” in the menu.
